Although things are still in the court system, the judge has vacated the judgement against Clearview for $485,000.00. As you can imagine that is welcome and encouraging news.
We are working hard to find someone that would be interested in leasing the clubhouse. This news will certainly help that effort!
Golf continues on at Clearview. We are recommending that members have their dues put on our ACH plan. This way you pay on monthly terms.
