2010 CLEARVIEW AT HORN'S POINT MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Members under the age of 30 are eligible for a reduced rate when choosing options 1 – 5.

  1. SOCIAL – Single: Entitles the member to the pool facilities and includes three rounds of golf per year. Fee: $650 – Under 30: $500
  2. Cleaveiw PoolSOCIAL – Married: Entitles the members to use pool facilities and Includes three rounds of golf per year. Fee: $700 – Under 30: $600
  3. GOLF – Single: Entitles the member to use pool facilities and unlimited golf. Fee: $2200 – Under 30: $1600
  4. GOLF – Married – Two Golfer: Entitles the member to use pool facilities and unlimited golf. Family members under the age of 21 also receive unlimited golf. Fee: $2700 – Under 30: $1900
  5. GOLF - Married – One Golfer: Entitles the members to use pool facilities and unlimited golf for one adult member. Family members under the age of 21 also receive unlimited golf. Fee: $2400 – Under 30: $1800
  6. JUNIOR GOLFER: Entitles the member to use clubhouse, pool facilities and unlimited golf, although the golf professional may determine the times when play is permitted. This membership is for less than 21 years of age. Fee: $150

Cleaview WaterholeAll Members receive a 10% discount on purchases made at Clearview Restaurant & Bar.  All members have the option to utilize a House Account.  Members will be billed monthly if desired on their House Account. 

The Golf Course and Pool Facilities are for Members and Guests of Members Only.  Tournaments will be held on weekdays.  A premium will be charged for any weekend tournament play.

Unlimited Cart Use Option (Add $700 (Single) $1200 (Married)to annual dues)  Regular Cart Rates - 18 holes $17,  9 holes $10

PAYMENT SCHEDULE – OPTIONS AND PRIVILEGES
  1. Cleaview PartyPayment options and billing procedures will be posted in the restaurant and pro shop. Payments (or the first monthly bank debit) are due on the 1st of April or the month which includes the anniversary of joining the club, whichever is appropriate, are late on the 20th, and are considered past due on the 30th of the month.
  2. Club privileges will be suspended for those members who are past due until scheduled payment is received.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Option A – Payment in full prior to using the club at any time of the year. Membership numbers will be given for the whole year to all members in the category. Payment may be made by check or credit card. (VISA, Master Card, AMEX or Discover Card are accepted). All credit card payments are to be processed here on the property, or online using PayPal.
Option B – Pay by monthly debit out of member’s bank account in 12 installments. A $40 service fee will be added. The first payment along with a voided check and a completed bank form (attached) must be included with the completed Application / Renewal form when choosing this option.
